 Can I ask for a refund?

Please contact our Support team by phone or email with your refund request. Make sure you provide all the correct information so we can easily help you. We will issue refunds after investigating on a case-by-case basis. We will take into consideration things such as other complaints received or other customers comments. If an issued refund is for a recurring billing, we will only refund the most recent payment. A refund for a recurring billing will result in an immediate cancellation of the recurring service. A refund of fees for any nonrecurring service will also result in immediate termination of access of the service.
